Bouyssou hamlet overlooks the rolling countryside of Viaur Valley

In the evening of your arrival, we will meet around a traditional
"apéritif", drinks with samples of the local gastronomy. We will have
the opportunity to discuss all the wonders of our region : fortified
villages with narrow streets and cobblestones, must-see tourist
attractions, typical markets and festivals, hiking trails in a varied
palette of landscapes.

To name a few picturesque towns and cities of art and history: Rodez,
Albi, Najac, Cordes, Sauveterre, Villefranche de Rouergue, Belcastel,
Roquefort, Conques, Toulouse...and the Millau Viaduct!

In the summer, we will invite you to bake bread and pizza in our
traditional outdoor bread oven for a memorable meal. Our vegetable
garden and our orchard are at your disposal.

For your enjoyment, complementary bikes to explore with and for
relaxing two swimming pools with beautiful decks for sunbathing. If
you like walking, stunning hiking trails start from the Gite. If you
like fishing, you can hike down to the river that borders our
property. You can also play pétanque, table tennis, table football or
for the younger ones, enjoy the swings.

Our communal house is meant to be a place for social gathering,
relaxation, creativity. Enjoy our library, our boardgames, table
football, puppet theater, arts and crafts
